Our check in progress went well with the exeption of not having a roll a way bed available, as requested. We had to contact the staff on 3 attempts tonget the bed. Our restaurant experience was disappointing-we had a reservation and waited over an hour and 20 mins for our food (a one course meal). My expectations for the cost of the room and facilities were sadly not met.

We stayed in Sequoia building and inside the room I felt like I am in a hotel in city. One of the best places in the National park to stay. Wi-Fi was good and restaurant had a lot of options to choose from. The challenge is to get reservation at this place.

Great option for in-park lodging. Great setting and food options were excellent and reasonably priced.

Awesome location. Kind of expensive for what you get accommodations wise but the location is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great place to see the property. Definitely worth it. Bring some snacks. The dining gets filled very quickly so we were not able to have dinner in the restaurant. But would stay again!

Lovely location and decent size room, but slightly dated. Staff were generally polite but couldn't answer all our questions about the resort. Main disappointment was food at the restaurant was limited
