Rooms are a little small but the price of the lodging and convenient location to the city metro offset the room size.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, but I had a comfortable, quiet room with good soundproofing. It's close to Han River parkland, which makes it easy to see the cherry blossoms in April, and on the subway line to Gimpo Airport as well as central Seoul. The hotel is also on several Incheon limousine bus routes. There are plenty of places nearby to get food and drink. Overall a great place to stay in Seoul.

Staff needs some hospitality (just having a smile would make a difference, I guess). They are not too bad, but in other words, not that impressive either

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. All room has central AC so you cannot control the room temperature. It is now 11/8 today at 9:50pm, and my room temperature is 28.5°C (81°F). I asked the front desk if they can help with this and they told to turn the fan on...but it doesn't help at all. The hotel is very old and everyrhing is outdated. The room is not cleaned well.
I paid $220 per night and they don't even offer any extra water or toothpaste. If you want them, you should go to the first floor and buy them. The service doesn't feel like it is 4 star hotel, but more likely a motel or 2-3 star average... don't waste your time and money at here.
The hotel room/furnitures are not maintained well and beds are not clean.
