This hotel is situated right in the heart of the tourist area full of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the subway system.
I was reading a lot of reviews stating the issues other guests had with the temperature being hot but I didn’t have that issue at all.
Breakfast buffet selection was plentiful with both western and korean options (same options everyday)
Staff were polite and helpful.
Location is a bit harder for taxis to get to due to the high foot traffic in the area, it might take longer than usual for an uber but never had an issue finding one.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and will stay again on my next visit.

1st time in my life, I have a fan in a hotel room. The aircon wasn't working well so we called for service. Was told that it's the hotel's policy where central air conditioning is fixed at 27 degrees with fan 1 power. Can you imagine how hot it was?? Despite opening the tiny window fully, there was no wind at all. So they offered a fan instead. Also, the toilet bowl stinks on the 3rd day, suspected the room service didn't clean the toilet daily also. Whenever we call room service, attitude is always very impatient. Never coming back.

All of the workers here were excellent especially all the maids and the people helping to schedule taxis. The maids went above and beyond!! Thank you for a great stay.

A lovely hotel with a great staff. Two challenges: centrally controlled heat so our room was VERY hot and taxi service could be really slow.

Quiet and calm in hotel even though hotel is surrounded by street activity (food market and crowds) all weekend.

Great location right off of Meyongdong street. Easy to get to bus stops, shopping, market and dining. Only complaint was room was very small. Not much room for luggage but we made it work. Staff was always helpful and friendly especially when we needed help getting taxis.
