I really liked how conveniently close it was to Myeongdong Shopping Street and the Station. Check in and check out was fast and easy, staff we’re really nice and helpful too. However, facility was a bit run down for my liking, even for the price. There were times that we had to wait for hot water to shower, and walls were thin enough to hear next door. Ideal for backpackers, or single travelers. Overall, we we’re still comfortable, could’ve just been better.

I liked the air condiitioning but unless you ask for new towels, tooket paper, a change of sheets, trash taken out, they dont provide it forvyou. Even when asking, they are not always receptive or available. As a guest staying for a week, i would thinknthey would refresh thing for you from day to day.

Worst room but good customer service
Posted 28 Jun 2023 on HotelsWe made a reservation for 2 weeks to stay for our family vacay but when we checked in, the room was so disappointing.
Full of dust on A/C and molds on the wall, stinky room with bathroom door that won't even close.
We called the management for a full refund and he was very responsive and tried to fulfill our needs.
Worst room condition but good customer service.

There was no human interaction at all. I arrived in the morning and had to call using the number at the front desk and the guy who answered told me to leave my luggage at the lobby and be back by 3 pm. I could not even ask for early check-in. Throughout my 6-day stay, there was no human interaction at all. Even when I checked out, I left the door access card on the front desk.
