The hotel is nice, it seems to be pretty busy and has a good level of things inside, I tried 2 restaurants and cafe and they were all nice, the staff were all very helpful, the hotel rooms are all the same size which can make you feel no need to upgrade rooms. The shower leaks and this is more of a design flaw as I changed rooms midway and had the same profile in both. The hallways had a very distinct smell, they were clean but maybe the cleaning products as it was very unpleasant to smell. For anyone looking to stay here I’d suggest be prepared to take taxi’s frequently unless you’re fine with walking as it’s not exactly close to the metro unless you take the short cut through the back of the apartment blocks, I’ve been to Seoul a few times and am very familiar with that area but not everyone might be. Overall I’d say it’s a nice hotel and I always wanted to try it out, I’m not sure if u would stay again for as long as I did but maybe a weekend.

Rooms are nice but small. Shower door design is bad and water spills out into the bathroom floor. Be careful! You might slipp

A fantastic stay in such a gorgeous hotel. The location is perfect for those who are able to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro but also appreciate being a little bit further from the noise and excitement of Itaewon main street. The service from the reception and staff at the front of the hotel was excellent. The standard of the housekeeping and cleaning was also impressive. The facilities, although we didn’t use them to our advantage, are very impressive and clean. The rooms were much more spacious than anticipated, especially after reading reviews for this hotel and others similar in the area. We had such a fantastic stay here and would not hesitate to book again on return.

Not walkable distance to subway station, but buses to the prominent places like Myeongdong, Gangnam, Gyeongbukgong areas are available. Dental kit needs to pay, service wasn’t up to 5 star. Bedside socket wasnt working, they insist it was, at least they provided me their chargers insisting it was my charger that wasnt compatible. Housekeeping standards differ each time a different attendant cleans the room. Bellman not attentive to assist but at least helped to load bags upon arrival of taxi.
