My parents loved the stay here to celebrate their anniversary . The staff were so kind, did a special sthg on a short notice for them and great facilities. My mum is vegetarian and they accomodated her needs well

Lived in suits but surprised as hotel offered 2 bottles of water only, i had to buy water bottles from the market, also hotel couldn’t provide extra blankets as i was not keeping well, having cold, they could provide only one blanket with great difficulty. Sales Manager was not cooperative at all.
Another important point want to highlight as on checking in , Sales Manager also demanded US$ 50 as security deposit which was not mentioned while booking the rooms for two days. It was explained that it was the policy for the hotel. Anyways, good staff, basically caring Bali people give good staying

Great place! Only issue was there were insects and geckos in the open patio in the suite and lights were on the dim side.
