All staff were professional and responded to any of our queries. The comfort creatures of the villa were excellent.

Excellent service and enjoyed my stay. However, property might want to double up efforts to maintain the items in the villa (teapots, planks beside pool for example) to ensure an even better experience.

Great location, room is nice. Service was great. Minus point, we had the penthouse and only one room had a side table to put your items. And no charges around the bed for charging your phone. Other than that, “It’s A Great place to recommend.

True luxury experience
Posted 26 Sep 2019 on HotelsOne Eleven provides a truly luxury experience, without a doubt the best villa we have stayed in. The villas are huge and very light and bright. The pool is also a great size. The staff are very extremely friendly and polite, always offering assistance. The location may seem a little out of the way but is actually walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping that Seminyak has to offer. Of course you could use there private car to get to these instead. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return, it will be hard to find another villa that can compete with this one.

It’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed in- everything was exceptional. If we really had to pick on something, it would be about the pillows which were aplenty but none of them were comfortable enough.
