I read a lot of reviews! We picked this for ease of walking was great!
Hotel has aged a bit but is clean, breakfast is nice like other reviews. Other food is just ok better around the area. Lots of stairs lifts are slow so if you need a lift book elsewhere.

I love the look of the hotel. It’s in the heart of the citiy’s busy shopping. Very beautiful restaurant and pool. Loved the breakfast. We received the best massage in our room. Loved her! Great place to stay.

Gorgeous facade and very spacious rooms. The team there is so warm and kind.
The included breakfast is on the rooftop by the pool area and really great dining options with a view!

Very convenient hotel, centrally located with big room. Great breakfast, great pool, nice view of the volcanos from the roof top.
