Booked a king suite for our family on Mother’s Day and when we arrived they said they didn’t have any available and that they would have to give us a studio instead. They did discount the rate but it was disappointing that we had a reservation that wasn’t honored and we didn’t really have a choice.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were very spacious, we had many family members staying on property and all had wonderful experiences, we loved that the rooms were big enough to gather together for meals, and the grills were a huge perk! The pools were clean and very warm! Hot tubs were wonderful too! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the first day our coffee pot wasn’t working, we informed the front desk and a new one was brought to the room in less than 20 mins! We would most definitely stay again!

They are not welcoming. Manager is the worst of staff. Very unprofessional.

We stayed here for one night on our way through to Scottsdale - the woman at check-in (Gracie) was very unwelcoming - brusque, never smiled, zero "service" at all - same for the woman as I was checking out (no smile, and when I asked for an envelope for the bill, it was quite the inconvenience).
The concierge was delightful and very helpful! The room was dated and, while the cooling system worked fine, it required an IT background to get it running correctly. The bed was average, but the grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept!
Overall, I'd say it was meh and definitely wouldn't recommend.

The resort was nit in a heavy traffic area, not uptown, not congested, near natural geological formations, near forest park visitors station, near art fair, near secluded small mesa with 2 aderondek chairs and table for star gazing dark sky milky way, walking distance to beautiful golf course, romantic large private tub.
