It is usually 5 star response from me but this time it was let down by confusion about changing my room which as it happened never got changed which made me clear my room two days in a row, all house keeping failed to leave me with any shower gel/shampoo on the last day, this said I will be booking again as I think this is a one off

In consistent in room amenities. No hand towel, bath mat not available next day.

unable to go out and in with room card key, validate again at counter still facing same issue. The security guard was not nearby the entrance and need to press the button, called and waiting them to walk out.
