The staff did not seen to be happy to be working there. not a lot of smiles or cherriness.

When we booked the room from Expedia a free breakfast was offered. When we checked in; we were told it was not offered. Don’t know why is wasn’t offered. Upon talking to the manager Bill and a little discussion he honored the free breakfast. From now on I will take a picture of the options offered.
