One elevator wasn’t working so it was a long wait to get to the floor we’re on. Also, computers were down at check in so there was a long wait.

Our second stay in the last year and the hotel staff is courteous, the hotel clean, and location close to the cruise ports. Will definitely stay there again!

The toliet in our room didn't flush properly.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. On site restaurant had great coffee (it's Seattle..of course they did). Tasty food at the evening restaurant. Very walkable to metro and Pikes Place Market, pier..even Space Needle.
