Hotel is very close to where some "unsavory" people hang out. It is a nice short walk to Pike Place Market but you have to walk past this block to get there. Doesn't exactly feel safe. Hotel property itself was great!

Beautiful hotel located downtown Seattle within walking distance from all of the vital sites. The pool area and gym are exceptional with an amazing view of the city. I would definitely stay at this hotel again while in Seattle.

Two blocks away is heroin alley. Lots of druggies openly using on the sidewalks.

I liked having a full service Starbucks in the lobby. I liked the walkability and the proximity of the hotel to almost anywhere, but some areas and people seemed shady, but you just needed to walk past fast. Room was clean and smelled fresh. ALL staff was wonderful and friendly.
