Wifi was not good in the room. I needed to go to lobby to do my check in for a flight.

Night staff was not very friendly but day staff was great. Shuttle service was awesome. Room was clean. Lobby area smells like cigarettes.

They need to update the USB ports and the lighting. Also carpet felt 'sticky' underfoot and the bedspread showed stains.

Ruth at check in was so great and patient as we had a bit of an issue with our parking. She managed it all and everything was great. We appreciated her!
