I would never stay here if we actually didn’t stay and went to a different hotel

They charged my card over 500$ after I paid through expidia. They also charged all these ridiculous fees. The place was a mess and there were stacks of mattresses everywhere. And the pool was unusable it was green and slimy. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

We whave stayed here a lot. And despite the druggies outside its always been good. They have been doing a lot of upgrades to the place. Including changing beds. While we were out for the day they came in and changed our bed. Despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. While they were in there they shattered the tv. And just left it. We get back and find it broken. And of course no one will admitt to it and they are blaming us for it. It will unfortunately be the last time we ever stay here.

Not a family friendly place. Full of crackheads and felt dirty just walking in. Never again.

Terrible we didn’t even finish our night The worst customer service that I ever had in my life they didn’t even have breakfast. They didn’t change our towels we asked Towels, and they said if we were stealing their towels The restroom didn’t even work. The toilet was plugged and when we asked, they got upset when asked to get it fixed. We waited for them to fix it and they still didn’t fix it so we decided to leave before our trip was over maintenance and customer service was bad. Definitely would not recommend anyone going here even if it’s a good deal. They even had working girls come in and out and had people smoking in elevators as well as homeless people living in the parking lot made you feel like your belongings in your car was not safe. So, please consider it when trying to find a good deal would even be worth it.

On Friday we first had an issue with having a confirmation number on hand and the hotel did not have a room for us until we arrived even after payment went through. The hotel said Expedia was a 3rd party company and we had to confirm with them because they could not find our confirmation number on their end. Upon finally being placed into a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was extremely over powering in the room. We looked through the room to see if everything was clean and safe, there was hair in our bed between the blankets. On Saturday my wife and I went out for the day and came back to our room key not working and we were locked out of our room. We had to get a replacement key but didn’t get any explanation as to why our key wasn’t working anymore. We will not be staying at this property in the future.
