Convenient hotel walking distance from the airport. When we arrived, there was a problem with some airline crew, and had to witness an unpleasant exchange with the woman and the front desk. The man at the desk was so focused on the problem between the women, he could barely check us in, No information, we had to return several times to the front desk for the information we needed.

Terrible check-in (long - 20 min - and confusing), did not have the room requested; room was very noisy (faced airport and busy roads).
