Affordable hotel just a couple blocks from the monorail, Seattle Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Science Centre, Armoury, and other points of interest. The rooftop patio was very nice with lots of seating and flowers, and had a great view of the.ocean, Mt.Rainier, and the Space Needle. Our room was at theback of the hotel overlooking the alley and facing an apartment building... not the quietest setting, but was only noisy on one night. The bed and pillows seemed lumpy at first, but were quite comfy afterall. The staff were all very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Theres a full Starbucks in the hotel, if you like Starbucks! I would highly recommend this hotel for the price, cleanliness, and location, and will definitely stay there again!

Everything was awesome!!! Sad I didn’t get my VIP Champagne Split like I usually do. Oh well. I’ll still always stay there!

Partially my fault my husband and I were looking to get away and we booked this hotel a little too soon and tried to cancel within the half hour of booking. The hotel would not refund us at all. They mislead with saying no fees to cancel, sure they don’t charge you more, but they won’t give you your money back.

Hi Nicole,100% of our reservations are fully cancellable with no fees or charges up until 4pm the day prior to check-in (so until Jan 4th at 4pm for a Jan 5th arrival). We don't even offer non-refundable stays. If you are booking for same day, or after 4pm the night before your arrival, the verbiage warns you before booking that it won't be able to be cancelled at that point. I'm not really sure how to respond. The hotel didn't let you down, and you didn't have a one star stay. If you are unhappy, you should direct that unhappiness towards the company you booked through, as you didn't book through the hotel, but rather another company. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in all your future travels. Be well -
