First class hotel with excellent eating options. Friendly and attentive staff. Large, modern, clean rooms. We enjoyed the walk-in shower.

The staff did not request a card on file when we checked in, but when they realized a card was needed, the lady at the front desk requested for security to escort us out of our room. How is it my fault you didn’t request the information you needed and then to escalate the situation in such dramatic form? That was an awful traumatizing experience.
