Very nice hotel with big room- I was there a full week and they never cleaned the room which I’m not super happy about. No need to do it every day but at least once would have been nice. I asked the front desk and it didn’t change anything.

The property was in a safe and convenient area but:
1. The employee removing our luggage was reeking of marijuana, and.
2. when one walks to an excellent breakfast restaurant, one is forced to see homeless people and drug addicts milling around. No child should be forced to see all that first thing in the morning.

When we checked in the girl at the counter was not helpful at alll. Answered zero questions I asked and just kept talking her speech. Concierge was VERY helpful.

Can’t go wrong with staying at the Grand Hyatt. Elevator is rocket speed and smooth. Super convenient from SeaTac airport with the light rail to Westlake exit. Pikes place down the hill. Awesome location.
