Staying in the hotel was convenient to catching our early morning flight to the hotel. The shuttle was so convenient. The room was lovely and beds very comfortable.

Everything was very neat and clean. The check-in process was very quick and the airport shuttle was very convenient.

There were two things that unfortunately dampened our stay here. The first was when we called from SEA for the shuttle pickup, we were told that the shuttle stops operating at 8:30 pm (it was approx 10 pm). That was probably my oversite when booking. We took a cab to the hotel (not a far drive) but about 20 minutes after we arrived the hotel's shuttle showed up with a lot of passengers from the airport. So it appeared that the shuttle was still operating, and could have saved us the expense of finding an alternative way to the property. The second was that the window treatment in the room was broken. The blackout blind could not be opened, which made the room quite dark in the morning. We prefer to have some natural light during the day. The blind wouldn't have stuck with us so much, except that we still had the shuttle issue on our minds.

Property was refurbished - esthetic was nice. Bed was comfortable.
