Great hotel We stayed the night before a cruise from Long Beach. Perfect location. The hotel arranged a shuttle to the cruise port for us. IOur stay here was a great start to our vacation

Beautiful area and so close to everything. The beach and shops are within walking distance. Nice place to stay

Many food locations nearby. 10 minute walk to beach. Great sunsets.

I was pleased with the overall experience. The customer service at the check-in was pleasantly friendly and professional. I very much appreciated the various free drinks and cookie at the lobby. The only thing I should have done was ask for a different room as I was given one that a bit noisy being next to a main road and the Taco Bell across my room.

Stayed in a north facing room which was on a local bus route and the views were of fast food drive-thrus. Switched to a south facing room which had views of parking, trash containers and the back of an auto repair shop. Friendly staff, but the hotel is in need of a makeover.

Only downside is there were Not enough handicap parking spots. My husband is a full time wheelchair user and not able to walk so we legitly needed tbe handicap spots but they were always taken.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Inn. The location is perfect. Close to beach , shopping , restaurants and a park . The staff was fantastic . The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here . Close to perfect and priced reasonably .

The front desk staff are all wonderful, especially Maddie. We will definitely stay in this hotel again should we visit Los Angeles again in the near future.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the area was quiet. They have a shuttle downtown and to and from the airport. Will definitely stay with them again!
