If I could rate the hotel itself and the cleanliness it would be an ZERO! Its smells like pee on the staircases, and by the room doors. Inside the rooms were severely dirty. I rented 2 rooms. 1 was infested with spiders, and dirty. Liquor bottles behind the dressers. The 2nd room was Beyond filthy! There was no way someone cleaned them. I reported all of this within minutes of our arrival and was told she’d make note of this. She refunded my parking fee of $21.00. I didn’t want a refund I WANTED THE ROOMS CLEANED. A guy came to the room and just gave us more towels. No one ever came to clean. Day 2 .. We ended up leaving early to go back home because my grand babies were bitten up by spiders. I again went to the front office to report everything. The staff did refund my money, and they did call someone from corporate to assist which I did appreciate. My impression of Savannah has completely changed. We will not be returning. Our family vacation was terrible! I will take this complaint as far as i can take it because this has to change. No family should ever have to experience this.

Excellent location. Old. Rundown. Poor condition and not well cleaned. Spend the extra bucks to stay across the street.

The rooms were very clean but out dated. The bathroom was very small. The bed was very clean and comfortable. This property just needs some serious TLC. The location is phenomenal. We were in walking distance to everywhere. It was a little hard to sleep because of the loud music from cars in the parking lot. The parking lot is so small and hard to park.

The property is in a great location very close to Riverwalk and city center. However, very rundown hotel with lots of repairs to ge made. It was mot a cheap hotel and we are not used to staying at sub-par places as this. Thanks be we only had a one night stay.

Folks, face it, this is a Quality Inn, not the Marriot. That said, this location is super convenient to the river and Bay Street and very affordable. Sure, the decor is aged and dated, but for a one-night stay with my pup, it was fine. Speaking of traveling with a pup, it had the lowest pet fee in the area. There is also a park next door for dog business. Check in was easy, parking was easy.

The hotel itself was fine but I learned my credit card was charged an additional $58 without my consent. Nowhere on Expedia's website did I learn there would be a $35 pet fee, and if I had known it would cost that much I would have looked for a different hotel. Expedia should improve its website so that when you search for pet friendly, you can know the actual cost. Otherwise, what is the value of the service? The hotel claims the info is on their website, and that's true, so I guess I will stop searching through expedia and just book directly on hotels' websites so I can read the fine print and know I'm booking and staying at a hotel I can afford.

You really get what you pay for here. It's pretty run down and nobody's try to fix it up. The AC unit would rattle every 30 mins or so. No kind of anti-skid on the bathroom floor or floor. The night staff when checked in does not want to explain any fees until you pay! Like parking is not included in your stay. Yes your expected to walk or something. Pave it over and make a parking lot.

This hotel is a motel. It was very dirty. Carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on. No toilet paper had to go get it. Coffee pot broken many lights not functioning. And no maid service. Was told it had to be requested
