The fact that you needed your hotel card to access the elevators and underground parking

Weird vibe from the staff, on the edge of the dodgey part of town, food was very basic and the breakfast pastries were stale. Great housekeeper at first, but then not so great. Parking is necessary and expensive.

We had a suite and it was perfect for us and our teenage grandson.
