Pet welcome hotel try to kick us , because we had SERV DOG!!Threaten to call police!!instead two night we stood there one night!!

The staff was great. The property was not. It was still being renovated. The lobby was not open. The elevator did not work. The halls were dirty. Not worth the over $200 we paid for one night. Would not recommend. The staff was great but not a great hotel. Over priced and not worth the money.

Amazing people
Posted 10 Oct 2023 on HotelsIncredible customer service, we even had forgotten an expensive diamond necklace and panicked when we realized about an hours’ drive away. The reception found the necklace and kept it safe for our return. Great experience in every way and bless their hearts for securing this important piece for us.
