Great location for a newbee to iloilo

There were no bottled water complimentary upon arrival. The small toilet was not flushing properly due of limited water from its toilet tank. We have to use bucket to flush it properly. Most of all, I was surprised that there was no small fridge provided in the room. I was so frustrated since I have medication that needs to be put in the fridge. In our last day I found out that they have fridge outside. We could have known and they could have reminded us as well that if we need something like refrigerating they have one outside in the compound.

Thank you for having choose our Resort for your stay.We are sorry for the toilet water tank malfunction, have we known, we would have it immediately repaired it.We noticed after your departure the problem and we did the necessary repair.Again, we were unaware of your need for your medicines whom needed refrigerated storage.As you have mentioned we do have a refrigerator located just beside the front desk for our guests needs.Thank you for your comments, are helpful to us to improve and become little better everyday.Sincerely,Management and Team
