Very good breakfast with 3 place in option. Foods quality are high level.
Perfact location for everythings.
But bed condition is little bit hard.(not double mettress)
Room and all public area very clean. Staffs are kind and helpful.

No Halal Meals, many dishes contain pork ingredients. very little choice of ABF and everyday is same.

The room is spacious. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which runs straight to the airport.

The hotel is quite dated but service is excellent, location is great. Most staff can speak a little English

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapporo Grand Hotel. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, which made my travel plan seamless and enjoyable. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, greatly enhanced our stay.

In excellent location, surrounded by department stores, restaurants. JR Towel, Clock tower, etc. All in short walking distance.

Location is great, bus and subway station are within 5 minutes walking, shopping and eating are all in that area. The only inconvenient is every time when you go out the hotel, you have to turn the key to the reception and pick it up when you are back to the hotel.
