Hotel building, playground, and private beach are nice, but the restaurant service was very poor. We stayed at Shangri-la hotel Sanya for two nights and here for one night. We love Shangri-la more.

Pros: I loved the customer service from all the employees.
Location: A little far from everything and the duty-free shopping center wasn't opened yet.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Room is spacious and has a great view. Very comfortable with a pillow menu. The only negative is that there is no swimming because the currents are too high.

Schwimmen / Baden im Meer nicht erlaubt
Posted 3 Oct 2020 on HotelsHotel an sich ist sehr gut. Schöne Anlage mit gutem Service. Zimmer sind großzügig mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Aquarium Restaurant ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist das der Strand obwohl sehr schön, nicht zum Sonnenbaden und schwimmen freigegeben ist. Laut aussage auf Anordnung der Provinz Regierung. Und nur zum Spazieren gehen am Strand würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen. Pool ist ok aber richtig schwimmen im Meer ist etwas anderes.
