The location was in a nice neighborhood. The room was a little bit dated. With the high prices in Santo Domingoan all inclusive hotel might be the easy way to go

Room service was poor my room was not clean for two days report it the the front desk they cleaned it and they was no towels in the bathroom overall my experience was great I will definitely come back

Property was dated moldy smell and had bugs riches in room and broken fixtures. Had photos to prove only stayed 1 of the 5 days booked and had worked with Expedia to check in to carolinian which was 10 times better. Staff was unhelpful and try to offer drinks on them for uncomfortable stay. What’s every they were selling my guest party wasn’t buying all 6 of us checked out day after. I was appalled at the run down property and dirty carpet in room and have video and photos to all prove it

Nice and clean, but they when earlier than the check out time to clean the room. I didn’t like that.

The housekeeping was substandard. The hallway and room carpets were dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned once during my stay. The key cards kept deactivating and I had to get several new ones during my stay.
The pool is very nice but could have been cleaner. The food and service at the restaurant was very good.
