We booked a king bed room, we got a double queen but the beds were maybe full size at best and they refused to fix it even after I provided proof of booking. The pool was dirty, the curtains were ripped, the comforters had stains, there were dogs barking in the other rooms. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and our room was on the first and the 2nd floor hallway smelled terrible. Our room window was even with the parking lot so cars were parked two feet from our window. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8am and I saw her looking under to door for movement to see if we were there. Parking is $27 a day and the breakfast buffet is $20 a day. I won’t stay here again.

It was walking friendly near a church shops. I wasnt pleased for the price of hotel, no bath tub, limited amount of tv stations. Rotary tv stations. All in all pleased.

Enjoyed the property and it was convenient to the sites in Santa Fe. My main issue was that my request for a king room was not met. We got 2 double beds. I was told that room type is not guaranteed through 3rd party booking. They did offer to switch us for the last 2 nights.

At the rate we paid no BREAKFAST was included! $375 outrageous 😡

Thank you for your feedback. The rates are competitive with all other down town Santa Fe hotels. Inflation and costs have gone up for all aspects of lodging. We do offer packages that include breakfast on the Hilton booking page. Travel safe.

Breakfast packages are part of our inventory, if you purchase a package breakfast is included. The breakfast buffet and live stations are 19. per person. I am sorry for you confusion.
