The hotel staff was not very hospitable for the level of hotel this is.

We went to the lobby bar and were not waited on, I had to ask the bartender, who obviously saw me, for my drink order.
Bartender at pool bar was very polite and attentive.
Room was average. Paid for 'balcony' which overlooked parking lots, pretty disappointing

Valet and check in ( especially valet ) were outstanding. Restaurant and bars shut down early, unbelievably rude.

What a great hotel! Excellent location and fist class all the way. The staff was incredible and went out of the way to over communicate to make sure everything was smooth.
