Quite expensive price for the room and food in lobby and at the restaurant. Pool area needs updating and there was broken glass on near the pool.

The a/c wasn’t cooling properly, even after maintenance said it was cooling properly. Only complaint

The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming.
Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help.
Other than that we love staying there.
