Not the typical Hilton experience.
Front desk seemed irritated I asked if any rooms were available on the same floor as 3 other families we were traveling with.
Room was clean and spacious. Beds definitely need replacement. You could hear and feel every spring.
We went down for breakfast and were told only buffet breakfast was available, definitely not worth the price, hot food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while.
Unfortunately this was not the typical Hilton brand experience we have come to expect.

Property shows it age, and the room's carpet its something that is awful. furniture shows lots of wear and tear, Hilton's brand, surely its not living up to expectations, no more bars of soap or body creams, now just a one size fits all dispenser that most of the time its not even filled, towels stained and some with holes.

Hilton Santa Clara offers spacious, modern rooms and excellent amenities, with professional and accommodating staff. However, its location is not very convenient for dining options if you don't have a car. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to Levi's Stadium and Great America makes it a great choice for both business and leisure stays.
