Infected with cockroaches. They run all over the floor every time entering the room and turn on the lights.
They crawled into the closets and onto the luggage’s.

First of all, the door did not close properly. I had to keep pushing it to lock it. I barely got enough sleep for the night because I'm worried that someone was gonna open my door and come in my room. And the night staff employer was very rude and disrespectful. I had a problem and I went to the staff member and they told me. So what stop crying about it? So I will rate it a 2. Only Stay there because it was so convenient to where I needed to be.

Couldn’t check in when arrived, told us to come back for another employee.
Cockroaches in the shower. Roof falling apart in the bathroom
Room was open when arrived, felt unsafe.
