I really enjoyed my stay. Area is super convenient. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Dinning was delicious. Cleaning services were on point every day.

Hotel was great! But the area didn't feel the greatest walk around in comparison to Condado.

Overall the property was in good condition. It was clean and modern. The staff was super nice and helpful. The staff was very informative. I would definitely stay at this property again

William was the highlight of our trip he greeted us every morning opened our doors and welcomed us back every time. He sets the bar high for those he works with. He has exceptional customer service. I will never forget the impact he had on our stay. He is a friend for life.
Hilton was a delight he cleaned my parents room every day and left the a towel animal to greet them every day on the return to their room! He made my parents first trip one they will never forget!
