I love the Old San Juan area and this hotel is another beautiful restored building. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Within walking distance of restaurants.shopping, and more beautiful buildings and history to check out.

Exactly what we expected in Old town San Juan. Rooftop views were amazing and staff was excellent. They were very helpful, friendly and the best we have had in a very long time.

No hot water, room was in bad shape. Main door had louvres that could not be closed and anyone could look into our room. Reception staff at checkout was not nice. The only positive remark is the A/C in the room was very good.

We understand why you might be concerened about the louvres, However this is an essential part of the spanish architechture of our building. Typically in these situations we are more then willing to move a guest to another room but in this case none were available.

Loved the location in Old San Juan. The staff
was nice and attentive.
The room was spacious, but the living room was warmer compared to the bedroom. It was not a big deal since we had multiple outside activities during our stayed.

The TV did not work and there were no staff to assist. We could not access the elevator from the 2nd floor to the Terrace. Also it would have been nice to have a safe and tissues in the room.

The property is overall okay to good. Everything was clean, wi fi didn’t work and the television runs on WiFi and so it was useless (didn’t go the PR to watch television and so I didn’t mention until we left) the shower didn’t have a shelf to put toiletries on which was annoying at worst, there was no furniture to put our stuff on besides the night stands and mini refrigerator - also annoying, the elevator was very slow to arrive and the stairs are kinda steep so pick your poison ;), I’m lazy and waited for the elevator to go up and took the stairs to go down. One night we had very heavy rains and the ceiling leaked in the bathroom - the building is over one hundred years old, we start leaking at around 70…,. The staff was fine, we’d stay again. I’m leaving this review with our experience to help management improve the property. The location is great for getting to anywhere in OSJ, but so are all other properties there, everything was easy to get too on foot. We really loved our visit to this wonderful island.

We loved our stay here. The rooftop pool was our favorite part, and it was in a very convenient location. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
