El Convento is the best hotel of my life, and I have stayed in quite a few. The service, food and atmosphere were amazing! I felt safe and coddled throughout my stay. The staff was so warm and caring it felt like home. Everyone visiting PR should stay there. You will never want to leave!

Great location, good amenities, housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail (checking to see if shower dispensers need to be refilled). Overall, amazing experience.
