It was way below our expectation. The price was not worth it for the accommodation that we had. It seems like the resort is not being maintained anymore and looks nearly for closure. The room do not have wifi connection; the Safety Deposit Vault and the Water Heater for Coffee was not readily available, until we requested it.
On the positive side, the few remaining crews were friendly & accommodating. And the food taste great.
But overall, it was really not a happy experience for us. We have been to a lot of Resorts in Laiya, but this one might be one of the worst, if not the worst stay that we had.

Relaxing Stay
Posted 27 Dec 2018 on HotelsThe service was great. Rooms were under remodeling and upgrading TV and internet, but everything else was very good. Did not go to resort to watch TV, The pool was awesome and beach access was beautiful. The water Sport people are a little lazy, but otherwise was a very relaxing and comfort

Spend your money elsewhere

The hotel bar sucks, drinks are terrible and overpriced, the food is okay at best. The rooms are okay, but no wifi. The location sucks. There is 4 or 5 other nice resorts about 2 miles away that are way nicer, with nice bars and pools and the beach is way better. I ended up just going to the other resorts during the day. Stay at or near to the blue coral resort. All that said everyone was nice, and its clean

Good location, beach need maintenance, poor hotel.

Pros: the location, breakfast offered was good.
Cons: Room arrangement, the staff need training. Facilities and air conditioning is poor. Food and packages need to adjust to meet guest needs. No events.
Location: Location wise good but nothing much to do and no restaurant and convenient store nearby.
Overall experienced unsatisfactory, not worth for the money you paid.

Pros: Courtesy and availability of staff, food
Cons: Maintenance of facilities
It was a short but pleasant stay, nearby there are no places of great interest and it is necessary to use taxi (tricycle) to reach the nearest village.

Not a good option in Laiya
Posted 17 Nov 2017 on HotelsInefficient Front Office made the first interaction horrible. AC in the room was not working, not enough bath amenities despite knowing how many we are in the room. Wifi was useless. Beach was dirty. Very limited ala carte options but buffet for dinner

Swimming pool + beach experience
Posted 27 Aug 2017The hotel isn't modern looking but if you're after a beach and swimming pool experience then this is a great place! Staff are warm and welcoming. I hope they can improve on their food choices though.
