Great hotel in the heart of San Juan. The location is great, a few blocks away from the water and convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants. El Morro, the historic fort, is a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
My room didn’t have windows that opened but I only stayed one night so that was fine. The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, and best of al the AC was cold!
I didn’t partake in breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but I really enjoyed their beautiful stone bathtubs located on the rooftop of the north wing. The highlight of my stay! On the roof of the south wing there are Jacuzzi’s which I didn’t get to check out.
The employees are friendly and the hotel is decorated with a Mediterranean flair, it’s really cool. I’d definitely stay here again.

Casablanca Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of San Juan. The hotel staff was super helpful and nice when needed. Having a hotel bar, and the many levels of sitting areas upstairs was incredible on the terraces. We also had one of the best pina coladas we found in the bar upstairs! The views from the top level were breathtaking too. Rooms/bathrooms were a good size; the only problem we had was the room felt damp, probably cause there was no window, but it felt very damp and we had to keep our suitcases closed up. Overall the hotel location won us over being in the center of everything and having the Cafe Mimosa for brunch in the hotel was a big plus too.

I did not stay at this hotel. I booked it but did not stay there. I booked another on Expedia and went to a different hotel. I should not be charged for not staying at this hotel
