The hotel staff is Aces! Rooms are always super clean. Food and bar is high class. Would recommend Signia in San Jose to anyone visiting the area.

After dark, it's not the safest area to walk around by yourself, but the bar and Robata restaurant is perfect.

Everyone was REALLY nice and the hotel was mostly nice. Pros: we were here for a graduation and it was easily walkable, the valet service was spot on all the time and the room was a nice size. Cons: The shelf in our shower was barely hanging on, the coffee maker was dysfunctional and breakfast was pretty terrible. I will also note two things: 1. The bed was incredibly comfortable 2. Muhammed (at entrance) was WONDERFUL. He should get a raise!

A basically nice hotel with mediocre staff. Poor signage to direct to elevators and meeting rooms. Felt very stark inside, as no art on any of the large walls. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But there was no hot water; it was just lukewarm. Not even a "sorry to hear that, just a "we'll let maintenance know". Would not return.

Valet was prompt and attentive. All other staff especially the front desk was rude and unwilling to help me with a problem. The hotel was spacious and clean but there was very little signage or communication from staff regarding amenities and their locations, directions by elevators with room # or exit signs.
