This is a nice urban property, so expect to pay premium overnight parking rates, but daytime parking appears to be free for events and such. The lobby area is exceptionally comfortable and interesting with a welcoming ambiance. Included/optional breakfast buffet is excellent - well stocked and maintained with good options and super nice staff on hand making it all go right. Ask if they have any kids' coupons. 😉 Definitely recommended!

I stayed three nights and my room was never cleaned or serviced. Room I got had trash under nightstand. Hotel is surrounded by homeless encampments.
