There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests and constant acknowledgement by the staff, they did not address the problem! During checkout, when I complained, I was promised a call by the manager but I never received any call either.

It’s ok hotel.
The rooms are average. The carpeted area in the walk ways are dirty!!

Place is old, feels like a nice hotel at first, but rooms are very dated. Also very confusing to navigate on arrival. No useful signage.

Decent stay, no hot water and I didn’t have time to complain nor did I really care since it was only a couple days. Convenient though, and the airport shuttle was a life savor.
