Rooms were clean, staff was kind but the pushy sales person wouldn’t let up. If you just want a place to sleep the beds are old & warm out. Pool is old & tiles are falling off the walls & bottom of pool coming up. Sodas are flat & beers are served from dirty glasses. Stayed 2 days. Wouldn’t come back though.

very bad service, very rude check inn, very old and neglected, there was a cockroach in the bathroom sink and when I complained, they told me it was because of the heat, very bad

Very deceiving. From the pictures on Expedia I was excited about our stay. I was also under the impression that I booked an all inclusive. The resort was not what I was expecting and it was not an all inclusive which turned out to be ok as the one and only restaurant had terrible food. We had to pay an extra $200 US to upgrade our room to get a fridge so we could buy our own food. The fridge was sooooo small.
