Easy check in and great customer service at the front desk. Valet was slow and expensive and not as friendly. Valet and bell man are the first person that greet you and it wasn’t a great experience.

The hotel was a 10/10! Great rooms, rooms get cleaned every morning, amazing food and drinks. Just be aware of the area, probably not the best to be around alone at night, so definitely plan accordingly.

Parking is too pricy. Too scary to walk outside.

Inside the hotel was nice. The location is getting towards the Tenderloin so be aware of where you are going when existing or navigating to/from hotel.

Carpet was all stained in the suite. We spoke to front desk and was not cleaned
