Need some thorough cleaning.Dingy place and Outdated decor. Patching all over that needs painting the side boards are so dirty. Toilet seat falling apart. There is a clear glass table that doesn’t fit the decor. No sense in having it there, accident waiting to happen, anyone can get cut, those sides are glass and are sharp.
Door banging and people talking loud all hours of the night. I would not recommend if you want a clean and quiet place. Just not a great place.

Property was not quite what I expected. It was close to shopping and dining. Very small parking lot. Staff was somewhat friendly.

Excellent location, near of this place there are some small restaurants and also is the Presidio and you can walk until the beach where you can see the San Francisco Bridge.

Property was old, but okay for the price. Staff was very friendly. Room could have been cleaner, as my wife had to literally clean the toilet and I had to tighten a leaking shower head. No elevator, so carrying my heavy suitcase up a steep flight of stairs was not fun. The parking was a disaster, and I couldn't sleep half the time thinking some other customer was going to scrape my car with theirs. Other than that, this is the only place I will ever stay again in San Francisco, simply because it's the only motel in a fairly safe area away from all the ghetto riffraff with free parking! The price is just unbeatable for what you get!
