This was the perfect location for our trip to San Francisco! It is so easy to walk to Oracle Park for a baseball game and had easy access to the metro system. The rooms were spacious and so clean. We did wish that there was a valet option and parking with the hotel. Overall, we had the best time!

We were told that the inside restaurant had recently reopened & were very disappointed to find that it wasn’t.

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize if there was a miscommunication regarding the restaurant. The ground floor restaurant, Kaiyo, is open but could have been closed at the time you wanted to visit. They are currently open for dinner service only, from 5pm-11pm or so. Again, we apologize for this miscommunication but hope you are able to come back to the property to experience all of our amenities!
