The bed was very uncomfortable. The location was good but there was not a lot of security. No key required for entry or to get to the floors.

No coffee in the room, no water. Area very sketchy. Never again.

The staff and hotel were remarkable 👌 absolutely loved my stay. The folks around the corner in tenderloin I can imagine are scary for some. I personally ran into nothing but wonderful people and also the homeless. Drugs and such are prevalent.. so dont poke the bear we say in Montana 😉

Great price and amazing service. Was traveling with my pet and the front desk clerk went out of his way to find me the best option for me and my cat! Loved the modern rooms as well and the historic feel of the lobby!
