from the minute we walked in, staff was there to help us..front desk gal was a sweetheart. we are in our 80's.... breakfast was good and the gal that was making sure everything O>K> was really doing her job. loved watching airplanes coming and going...

Seems like every room had heavy duty spring loaded doors, each time someone entered or exited their room the door slams shut creating a load bang. Other than that everything else was fine.

Not being able to call the property directly to verify shuttle service was extremely frustrating. I called the day before arrival to verify the shuttle and waited 30 minutes for sometime to tell me I just walk outside. I then walked outside and realized I needed to go to a different terminal for the shuttle. I waited outside for 30 minutes and called the hotel and waited another 30 minutes. I was told by the other Holiday Inn driver to "be more attentive". When I finally got someone at the hotel they told me it was every 45 minutes (no one told me this before). Finally, I got the shuttle and arrived to the hotel more than 1 hr after arriving. If I'd know this I would have taken a lyft/uber. Then when I picked up my company car there was an additional $25 per day. The assistant manager was great. But it is clear that staffing isn't sufficient in the evening to cover check-in's and phone and that the shuttle service is not client service oriented and a promoted benefit that in fact is no benefit at all. I would recommend you either do away with the shuttle or get a driver on staff to support the night shift. I'll be staying at the Dylan in the future where they don't charge for my car and underpromise and over deliver.
