One of the better hotels I've stayed in. Very friendly, helpful, & informative staff working while I was there. Area has food stores within a 10 minute walking distance. I wish my hotel room would've had a fridge. Other than that one problem, no issues at all.

Pictures and descriptions showed there was a restaurant and bar and we were told that neither was unavailable.

One huge thing to note about this property is that they put a hold on your account for 150 a night. In case you damage anything. This is not noted anywhere when booking it went from 451 to 751 when we checked in. They barely have any amenities. There is no view or food. It’s very limited I wouldn’t stay there again

The room was reasonably clean when compared to other variant expensive hotels. The hallway carpet was either dirty or desperately needed replaced. In general, the entire place had a very worn down field. The neighborhood is rough, but San Francisco is what San Francisco is.

Did not have all the amenities they claim to have online. The bar was closed and there’s was no dining in the hotel. I also had got double charged for the deposit. Very inconvenient and not a good experience, will not be back there.
