Appalling resort
Posted 20 Feb 2019 on HotelsHotels. com failed to notify hotel.Had to convince reception we had a booking. Place was a dump. No hot water and staff nice but untrained. We are claiming $AUS 2000 compensation from Hotels.com for inconvenience and suffering.Hotels.com didn't even apologize.
