The mattress was lumpy, there was no lid on the toilet tank, the floor was dirty and needed mopping, there was a spider in the toilet bowl.

Pillows smelled like sweat, there was hair all over our bed and towels. I had to lay on my blanket that I brought from home. Our room was probably a suite at one point because there was a door in our room to another room that you can almost see through the crack but they put a side table infront of it. Everytime the guy next door would talk I thought he was in our room. It wreaked of bug spray we had to air out the room and use air freshener. But I guess you get what you pay for…

No room service unless you have pay for parking lot and the rooms are not very clean. Breakfast to late for people star working early.

Oven is not working, not that great for the price charging

I had my reservation made a month in advance only to arrive and be turned away, I was told the room I requested (accessible) was occupied. The young man at the front desk did not care to assist at all. I traveled 6 hrs with my 85 yr old mother and this happened. Never again!!!

Towels and bed sheet had stains all over them. Door wouldn’t close properly (you can hear the wind come in the room)

There were no towels in the room, and room service didn't bring the towels even after more than 1 hour, in-spite of multiple reminders. The shower was like dripping water and no pressure. The sink was clogging if kept the faucet open for little longer. Staff was not understanding english and very unhelpful. Will never stay in this hotel again and will ask my friends also to stay away.
